0:44.5	single minute. Local Memphis officials reappointed ousted Tennessee Lawmaker
0:50.0	Justin Pearson to his seat. The decision comes just days after Republicans
0:54.9	expelled the Democratic Lawmaker for peacefully protesting gun violence on
0:59.6	the state house floor. Today after the vote Pearson made it clear this was not
1:05.1	over.
1:24.9	On Monday Nashville officials returned state representative Justin Jones to
1:41.4	his seat. Republicans also removed him for protesting gun violence on the
1:45.6	house floor. Meanwhile we are awaiting a ruling from a federal appeals court on a
1:50.5	Texas judges decision to halt FDA approval of an abortion pill. The court
1:55.6	rule could come at any time. The Washington Post reporting that the Biden
1:59.9	White House is preparing for a major legal and political battle to ensure
2:04.7	access to abortion medications. But state officials are already taking action
2:09.4	some going as far as stockpiling abortion pills. We decided last week to obtain
2:16.2	three or four years supply of this product. They will not be allowed to take away
