Welcome to the Before Breakfast podcast.

Today's tip is that peace of mind is priceless.

If a small bit of money would buy you lots of peace of mind, then that just might be money

well spent. So the week before I wrote this, I knew I was going to be interviewed for a podcast I had

wanted to be on. I also found out that the tree tremors had chosen that day to show up by our

house. The gutter guys chose that day to come clean. Plus, there were stone masons and painters

working outside. All of those people

can make a lot of noise. So I decided to rent a temporary office for a few hours that I could use.

And I didn't actually wind up needing the office.

My little Zoom room was quiet enough to block everyone out.

But knowing that the office was available, if someone wound up using a chainsaw two feet from

my window, was worth the small price I paid. I am sure that you too have had situations in life that would make you anxious.
