| 0:55.2 | but it's a widespread phenomenon. In any case, Amber thought, with the time change, what if I just |
| 1:01.8 | continue to get up at my normal time? My 7 a.m. wake up would suddenly be a 6 a.m. wake up. |
| 1:09.4 | My body would not know the difference. I would magically gain an hour in the morning for working out. |
| 1:16.5 | Well, she'd gain an hour on the first day at least, but she writes that's what she did. |
| 1:21.7 | And it's been sustainable for a year now, Amber says. |
| 1:25.5 | It's been one of the most intelligent things I've ever done. |
| 1:28.5 | And that's saying something, since Amber has a PhD. |
| 1:32.2 | So I encourage your listeners to try it, she says, |

| 1:36.3 | and a treadmiller waits in the basement. |
