cases because a lot of it is, well, some of it's in the courts, some of it's in legislatures, state legislatures,

and there's some stuff going on in New Mexico we're going to return to in just a little bit

because they keep pushing, pushing, New Mexico's trying to become the next California.

But nobody does it like California does.

And nobody knows about that battle more than our next guest, Chuck Michelle,

with the California Rifle and Pistol Association, and also Michelle and associates, one of the

top Second Amendment attorneys in the country. Chuck, you just had a decision out there in the

Ninth Circuit that was one of the weirdest things I've seen. It was a loss for the Second

Amendment, but it may not be a loss, but the real story for me is in the dissent.

Yeah, this was our challenge to the California ban on the possession of magazines that can hold over 10 rounds.

It started as a grandfathering law where if you had one, you could keep it, but you couldn't buy new ones. And then as they typically do,

they expanded it to ban everybody from having one, even if you'd had one before the first version of

the law was passed. So we challenged that. It went all the way up to the Supreme.
