0:00.0	Hey everybody, Rob now we're here and today we're going to be talking a little bit about
0:10.5	Tesla's 10k annual filing that did come out before market opened this morning and I promise
0:14.4	we'll make it more interesting that it sounds.
0:16.5	One of the details from that is that the SEC is asking Tesla for some information.
0:20.4	We'll talk about the details on that also a few interesting tidbits on Tesla's business
0:24.2	as well.
0:25.2	Got an update out of China news from the Wall Street Journal and a few other stories as
0:28.8	well.
0:29.8	Start off with the stock Tesla today actually finishing down 1.7% to $907.34 but the
0:35.8	NASDAQ was down 6% of a percent.
0:38.0	This was a really low volume day about 20 million shares traded.
0:41.6	That should be the lowest volume so far this year so even with the headlines really centered
0:45.3	around that SEC request from Tesla, it doesn't really seem to have gotten the market
0:48.8	too riled up with such a low volume debt.
0:51.3	So getting right into the 10k as I said we should be expecting that today did come out
0:55.1	pre-market.
0:56.1	One of the purposes of the 10k filing is to disclose risks to the business to investors.
1:00.9	So media outlets often enjoy looking through these and reporting on those risks, often times
1:05.4	lacking context or just choosing to ignore it so often times when these come out get
1:09.6	a few media articles like that.
1:11.7	Sometimes those are a bit of a stretch but in this case not so much Tesla did actually
1:14.8	report a new request from the SEC.
