I'm dreading my first workout tomorrow morning because it's been two weeks of just eating

But I'm definitely ready to be like at 100% and like, you know, get out, do an active

The good news is when you come back to that workout though, you're going to feel like, wow,

the day after, maybe probably two, three days after, I got a such a great workout in because
