Tesla stock on the day today did finish down 0.75% to $267.47 cents,

this compared to the NASDAQ up 0.12%.

So to catch people up with where we're at in the SEC case last week on March 11th, so Monday,

Elon Musk's lawyers responded on his behalf to the SEC's case against him for the contempt charges of the settlement agreement.

I didn't have a chance to talk about that response on the podcast, but I did read it last week and at the time

thought that it was a very well stated response and provided a lot of justification for Musk's actions.

And as you may remember when the SEC originally brought the case, I was a little bit more middle

I didn't necessarily agree with the SEC's case,, I did understand some parts of it. I thought that
