0:44.8	If you remember, he was playing for NC State for most of his career.
0:46.1	They are in the ACC.
0:52.6	The ACC got in the news again on Wednesday because, according to Pete Thamble, V.SPN,
0:57.1	a group of ACC presidents met to discuss the potential additions of Cal, Stanford, and SMU to the conference. Now, this would not be a full share
1:02.8	addition. Cal and Stanford would get a reduced rate. And SMU, according to Thamel, would get
1:09.2	nothing in terms of conference TV money for the first
1:14.7	seven years. And look, SMU's got some well-heeled boosters. They can float it. I understand.
1:21.3	They feel like they're making an investment. For Cal, for Stanford, for SMU, I get it. For the ACC, I do not.
1:29.8	And remember, this was bandied about before in a group of schools, Florida State, Clemson, North Carolina, North Carolina State were the ones that wound up blocking it.
1:39.5	If any one of those were to flip their vote, the ACC could add these schools.
