Welcome in the latest episode, that SEC podcast, I'm your host Michael Brenn. I go by SEC Michael Twitter and flying solo.

Here after SEC media days cousin Shane, no, you didn't quit or anything. He worked so hard. I had to give him the week off.

Spending that much time away from his family and his real job. So given him a break, but he's going to be featured heavily on all these shows because we are back loaded with about 40 interviews to get through.

So he may not be recording with me now, but he's again, he'll be on this episode. He's going to be on all of them throughout the week.

I just thought this week so much going on with SEC media days, going to have to do a little slow down and recap what we missed because it was so much going on.

What a wild time it was down there. I don't know if anybody delivered as many interviews as we did, short of maybe Paul Feinbaum, who got 50 employees up there working the set and everything like that.

So shout out everybody that came on the show, all the support we got all throughout the week. Our live shows were kind of rough. They got better as the week went on.

I mean, I think we kind of had it down by the end of the week, not like we would have wanted it to be at the beginning of the week, but a lot of support out there.

I really do appreciate it and shout out everybody that came out Saturday. I don't know if we said that quite enough to our bearded Iris live event.

We're going to try to do more of those at some point. We'd love to go around the SEC and really do those tailgates and probably the Fridays before big games, things of that nature.

So be on the lookout. We'll definitely talk all about that. But I think we'll shave. We'll save a lot of the stories of SEC media days for when Shane's back on the show, which again, it's not going to be that long.

It'll probably be next week. But for anybody that missed it, we did have the high, I mean, so many highlights from media days talking to Sam Pittman, talking to KJ, talking to Spencer Rattler and all the guests we had.
