Today we are talking about the SEC and Elon Musk.

The SEC has filed a case against Musk claiming that he has acted in contempt

of his settlement agreement with the SEC.

This all occurred after market closed prior to that, Tesla finished the day up 1.38%

$298.77 cents, which compared to the NASDAQ, up 0.36%.

However, more importantly, after hours,

Essentially what the SEC is taking issue with is a tweet from Elon last Tuesday evening,
