0:00.0	Hey everybody, Rob Mauer here and today we are talking about the SEC finally making
0:11.4	a decision on that $40 million settlement from Tesla and Elon Musk.
0:15.0	We've also got updates on Giga Berlin and Giga Texas, a few international updates news
0:19.3	on Tesla's leadership position in the United States and a couple of their items as well.
0:23.1	Alright, looking at the markets, the volatility is certainly swinging back to the upside
0:26.3	today, pretty much everything up, the NASDAQ up 3.6%.
0:29.5	Tesla, one basis point shy of up 4.20% so we'll round it up.
0:33.7	To $858.97 to close, should be another really interesting day tomorrow as we've been
0:38.9	talking about the core CPI report consumer price index report comes out in the morning
0:43.2	about an hour before market open, and it looks like the consensus expectation there
0:46.8	at least according to trading economics is for a year-over-year increase of 6.4% for
0:51.6	the CPI.
0:52.6	I have to imagine that just like with Tesla earnings, the true expectations are probably
0:56.5	a little bit higher than that, but I guess we'll find out in the morning.
0:59.5	Alright, getting into the Tesla news a little bit quieter of a day today, we're talking
1:02.7	a little bit more about the SEC stuff and yeah, I know we're getting tired of it.
1:05.6	I'm getting tired of it at least, I don't know if you guys feel the same, but we do have
1:08.9	an interesting update here because this has to do with that $40 million settlement.
1:12.5	Remember, the SEC has been trying to decide how to do this for over 3 years by how to
1:19.1	do this, of course, mean how to distribute that $40 million collected in that settlement.
1:23.1	They'd previously said that given the complexity of the distribution, it has taken time to
1:26.7	develop the plan of allocation that was kind of their reason given to the court when
