You've probably heard people say, be kind, because everyone is going through something.

Well, that really hit home for me the other day.

I was in a different city, and someone mentioned that they had been listening to the podcast.

And when I thanked her and I asked how she found it, she simply just said one word.

It made me realize how we all deal with sadness in our own way, but we all feel it just the same.

So I started thinking, what if we had a special place inside our hearts for when we're

feeling down, a place that we actually can't visit, but one that makes us feel better just

episode. And I want to share with you a place that I'm calling the whispering garden. It's not

a real place that you can go to, but I want you to imagine it as a peaceful spot in your mind. And in this garden,

there are feelings of sadness. But there's also some feelings of hope. And they come together

softly, right? Like these vines that are growing on an old wall. They intertwine. And it's beautiful.
