I actually thought we would come in and talk about the Knicks from last night, but then I find out that the Jets put Justin Fields on IR and football is king right now. So we will get to the Knicks in a little while. But, you know, I had this thought, a couple on the Giants, but this one on the Jets. As we've looked back, there's been a lot that's gone wrong with this team this year. And we talked a lot about the Jets yesterday and we'll continue to as the season is coming

to a close sooner rather than later, thankfully.

Did it all go wrong with that decision at quarterback?

With Jester Fields?

Yeah, meaning, you know, when the Jets first signed him and I understood why they

signed him and I was one of those out there that didn't think it was a bad idea, given the fact he had a winning record with Pittsburgh or Pittsburgh had a winning record with him.

And I really went back and I was trying, you know, I looked at his final year in Chicago, and I thought he was actually getting better if you looked at the trajectory of his career, which wasn't great, but it seemed like he was moving in the right direction. But now with the information we have, and really, aside from week one

against Pittsburgh, it's been so bad, and now it's over, and very well, we may never see him

in a jet uniform again, is that the biggest issue this team's had or where it really went

wrong?

Well, yeah, especially going into the season.

I think it started with AG, AG, stood on the table for him and said,

hey, we're going to really put a system around him.

We're going to wrap.

We're going to make sure what he can do well.

We're going to kind of elevate that.

And it never happened.

And I think the biggest issue with, you know, Justin Fields is he just never quite got right.

His mechanics continued to be an issue.

He was always late with the football.

And his biggest skill set was his legs.

But then, you know, you go week one against the Steelers, as you mentioned.
