Feels like we should sort of be used to this by now, a Packer's devastating loss in January.

And we've been here before.

We've definitely experienced this before,

but it certainly does not get any easier. It doesn't get any less disappointing. It does not get

any less frustrating. Packers ultimately fall at the hands of the Detroit Lions. 20 to 16.

They go to 8 and 9 on the season. A Lions team that let's be real had nothing to play for other than pride.

They were eliminated from the playoffs mere minutes before kickoff and yet played with a lot more passion,

a lot more intensity, and a lot more pride than the Green Bay Packers did, despite having

home field advantage, despite having an opportunity

to go to the playoffs. It was the Lions that won. It's the Seahawks that'll go to the playoffs,

and it's the Packers that have nothing but disappointment and failure and shame, quite frankly,

especially with the way that they handled themselves in certain situations in this game

to show for it in a loss that is not only disappointing, but is completely unacceptable.

In a season that was also very disappointing and mostly unacceptable as well, I give them credit for fighting back after a four and eight start, after going on a four-game winning streak and having an opportunity

to get back in things and win a game to get in the playoffs. But this is far too often that this
