And we've had absolutely devastating news this week about one of our own, Lewis Moody, diagnosed with MND.

Look, Dave, I don't know the guy as well as you. I know him pretty well.

I'd like to class as a mate

because we've done a lot of stuff together um and what can you say you can't really say anything

because it's it's horrendous mn d there's no cure uh i won't wish it upon anyone. And, you know, my heart, my thoughts,

everything, any support I can do goes out to Lewis and his family and, you know, anyone in this

situation that's affected by it. You knew him well, Dave. It was, I mean, we text each other when we found out

the news and it was, it was a hard one, wasn't it, fat? Yeah, and, you know, people get bad news,

right? And there's bad news all around us and, and as well as lots of good news, but there's bad

news around us. And I would say that on the little, you know, private behind the scenes, WhatsApp groups that we have and we're all on them, I haven't, you know, I haven't, I haven't known anything that has rocked the lads, so to speak. I haven't known anything that has rocked us a lot like this. And it's not about us. It's about

Mudos. But it's completely devastating. And it's ultimately that it's unavoidably just

completely sad. Like it's just, it's, but it's brutal for him. It's brutal for everyone around him,

his wife and his children.

And then Lewis mentioned in his interview with the BBC,

he's the only child.

He's an only child and his mum has already lost her husband.

So Lewis's father died and, you know, dementia and stuff.

And it was really unpleasant.

And, you know, that is unpleasant for anybody. So, you know, he's got to tell his mom and he's got to tell his boys. And, you know,

it's as a son and a husband and a father, it is, it's just savage. And a couple of things

like happen in your mind. Like like you you're reminded of something that
