mundane podcast I'm your host Christy Nacles. Thank you so much for joining

me on the spring series of The Glorious and the

mundane podcast. It truly has been such a joy to get to walk together from afar

and remember truths together in this season.

Today marks the last episode for season nine,

so I feel like I want to savor it together

before we break for the summer.

I feel like this season has been one long release party for my new album, Captivatus,

Live from Keeper's Branch.

Thank you for letting me share the stories behind these songs and just for diving into the deep with me into what's true, into what's

lovely, and into what is lasting. I know that this month, even this past week for many of you marks the official end of school,

whether that's for you or for your kids. I know I have several friends who have seniors this year

and that might be you and my heart goes out to you. I don't

know if there's a more vivid example of what bittersweet means than your child

graduating from high school.

As you may know, the oldest two of our three kids have already graduated from high school,

and some of you aren't remember because of COVID and the delays it caused for the whole world, our older two children left home within six months of each other.

You probably remember me telling you about being doubled over crying more than a few times in that

season I used to have to have Nathan go change the sheets upstairs or do things

upstairs in Ellie's room because I could not even handle going up there.

But Noah moved to East Nashville and he has loved it and he has stayed settled down
