Black penapping his arms about. Go on, what was he doing?

He was an elderly man bending over with the bottom? He wasn't an elderly man. He was about as old as you, Clinton. Very young. So you'd think he'd be beyond the... I'm going to show you how flashy my underpants are. They were not flashy underpants.
