0:50.5 | I think what I would do is actually focus on just maintenance, on just trying to maintain |
0:53.8 | the strength that you had entering into Ramadan or into your fast period as best you can. |
0:58.9 | And I do that with my athletes by using a concept called deloting. |
1:02.0 | And really what deloting refers to is a reduction in the amount of weight, the amount of sets, |
1:06.6 | the amount of reps, the amount of work that you do in a week, and reducing that anywhere |

1:12.8 | So for example, if you do strength training, and every day you do three sets of 10 for |
1:17.3 | six exercises, and that's your workout, I would reduce that maybe by one set, so do two |
