Blood pressure 123 over 28, resting heart rate 75. Skin tone a bit flust, but that's to be expected.

Granya slept badly and so did I, but that's not surprising.

There was a massive storm in the night and it was tough to sleep in all that noise.

It woke me up, but I think it was making itself known before I even heard it.

But you know that thing where you're sleeping at all, but something happening around you makes

its way into your head and you kind of dream about it. I know. Dreams again, cleaner, get it together.

But they keep happening and what else is there to talk about? Anyway, there was all this water

in my dream like just rushing water, angry and everywhere. And for a moment that all there was,

just the sound and the speed of it. And then I could see it and it was a river.
