Here we go again, my celestial crew! Live from the heart of the city at London's 100 club, the spirits are positively buzzing tonight!

First up, I've got a spine-tingling tale from Zena of Buxton in Derbyshire. She emails about a chilling encounter with the spirit of her old friend Elaine. Prepare to get goosebumps as she describes waking up in the middle of the night, sensing a heavy presence... her story will remind you that the spirit realm is closer than we think.

Back at the club, Linda's all aflutter about an upcoming team-building exercise. It seems she's not the only one as most of the audience have been on one too!

0:58.0	Hello Clinton, this experience has got me thinking about the other side, promising. Here's what
1:05.2	happened. I received news that an old friend Elaine had passed away and later in the month I was
1:10.6	invited to a funeral. I decided to spend a few nights at her house to help out with the funeral
1:15.7	preparations and to provide support to her husband who is in his late 80s. I was given her room to
1:22.8	sleep in. She had been in a care home for a few months and prior to that had been moved from
1:28.4	her bedroom to the front room so she hadn't used her own bed in a long time. Now at this point in
1:34.5	my life I no longer believed in ghosts, god, heaven and hell etc so I wasn't superstitious or worried
1:41.6	about sleeping in her room. After a long drive from Cheshire to Norfolk I was glad to slip into
1:47.7	a nice comfy bed and get a good night's sleep. I was deep in sleep. When suddenly I felt an immense
1:55.4	weight on my chest. Wasn't the old man was it? Pull out immediately by only what I could describe
2:03.2	as an energy force surrounding my entire person. The weight and the force was very strong.
2:10.7	It lasted about eight to ten seconds and then vanished for a few seconds but immediately returned
2:16.8	and enveloped me once again. This happened three times in succession. By this time I figured it
2:25.4	must be a lane announcing her presence. So when this energy force came down to me a third time
2:32.0	I tried as best I could to utter a name out loud. Now this is not easy to do when you're asleep
2:38.2	but I managed to say her name. As soon as I done that the weight and the force lifted and I went
2:46.0	straight back to sleep. It was as if her spirit then she this is what it was about. It was
2:55.9	if it was her spirit then she had a very strong presence but it was not benevolent because throughout
