Hello everyone, Kirk here with a little update for you all about the show, the upcoming

season 5, and yeah, just how things are going.

I'm coming back from a much-needed break.

I didn't get as much done musically as I wanted to over the break, but I did get married,

I bought a house, I had a whole lot of exciting life stuff happen all at once, it's really

been kind of an overwhelming couple of months.

So it's been crazy, but mostly in a really good way.

So that's what I've been up to, and now I'm back to making strong songs, which I'm very

excited about.

Season 5 of Strong Songs is underway, which means there will soon be all new episodes

of the show for you all to listen to, though of course there have already kind of been

a lot of new episodes of the show between the interviews I've been doing, other stuff

that I've been putting in the main feed.

I took a break, but as soon as it feels like I didn't take as much of a break as I

meant to, which I suppose is just how it goes when you like making the show that you

make.

So what is coming up?

Tomorrow in the main feed, I'm going to be running an incredible interview with my friend,

the wonderful Italian tenor Luigi Boce, all about opera.

It is a saga, it already ran in the Patreon feed, so some folks have already heard it.

But man, he took me on this guided tour of the famous tenors who've influenced him over

the course of his life.
