In this trailer, founder of Latinx Therapy, Adriana Alejandre gives insight as to how season 4 will be structured and updates you all on some life changes.

Spanish episodes. I honestly really struggled a season three and I'm genuinely so happy to be back

with all of you. Season three began in January of 2020 right before the pandemic and officially

Many of the episodes in season three were actually recorded in 2018 and early 2019.

So I've been playing a lot of catch up.

There were many adjustments due to the pandemic that were needed, both in my professional life, but also in my personal life. This pandemic has affected our community and all of us individually as well to a degree that we never expected. It has pushed many

thresholds and discombobulated so much of our lives. To get a little bit personal, for the first

time ever, I actually started couples therapy or marriage counseling. As a therapist, I'm not even

sure which one it is. It feels like a mix of both.
