Hello, ho, ho! Here's an important message from Network Rail for anyone who's travelling by train this Christmas and New Year.

We'll be working over the festive period to make improvements to the railway. Most of the network remains open, but some train services will be affected from Sunday the 25th of December until Monday the 2nd of January.

So, to keep your festive plans on track, please check before you travel at nationalrail.co.uk.

What is up everybody! It's our favourite day of the year! We used to have a few of these a year. Now it seems like we only have one, but guess what?

Today is the day they have officially announced season 38 of the quote-unquote flag ship challenge. We've got all the news, we've got the cast, we've got the premiere day, and Derek and I are here to break it on down for you.

D, how are you doing? Yeah, it's a big day in the challenge universe. I got my lucky chubby's dinosaur shorts on. I got my Miami Jimmy Butler jersey on.

And I'm ready to break this thing down like we do every season except take it and take it up another notch like we always do.

So, I'm really excited to talk about this. The challenge season 38, rider, guys, we've got some interesting teams.

Scott, I love the way the word plays used in these press releases. So, I'm excited to even break down each one of these words that they've decided to present to us.

As a tease, it's still long, long time away. Scott, October 12th, but I'm glad to be talking about that.

I'll take it. It's less than a month away. I will take it. You might be listening to this in one of two places. It's possible you're hearing this on the challenge, Mania podcast feed. If that is the case and you're listening this on Thursday, the 15th of September, this is going to cut off.

As Derek said, MTV's the challenge ride or dies premieres on Wednesday, October the 12th at 8 p.m. Eastern and Pacific. So running at 8 p.m. here on the East Coast or 8 p.m. local.

If you live out on the West Coast, I believe it's how they usually do it. I don't know if you have the satellite. You can probably watch it at any time. And I can confirm D.

I'm sure going to put it on sale next week. I will be doing a premier party here in New York City with Mr. Devon Walker, who we will get to in a little bit when we break down this cast list.

Devon who has his new podcast bet on Devon. He will be in New York City with me to watch the premiere at 8 p.m. on Wednesday, October the 12th. I think we'll probably kick off the party around 7 p.m.
