So what I want to let you know is that when you create this plan,

yes, you're going to get out of the hole that you're in.

Yes, you're going to get out of this rock bottom moment.

Okay, but don't have any specific expectation

as to when it's going to happen. Just let it happen.

All right, you can't hit a target that you don't know

or that you don't have.

Okay, and the reason why I tell you guys that is that if it's not hurting

you enough, that means that you don't want it bad enough.

Okay, there's a story and I'm sure you guys have heard the story

about the dog that is sitting on the nail.

You know, a guy pulls up. There's a story. I don't know it.

Perfect, like to the tea.

But there's a story of this guy that he goes to a store.

All right, and the store owner owns a dog.

I pull up to the store and as a store, there's a dog there.

And the store owner is there.

And, you know, obviously I go to shop at the store whatever it is.

And I hear a dog crying, you know, sobbing.

Like, hmm, crying, crying, crying.

And I go to the owner.

And I tell the owner, I'm like, yo, your dog is crying back there.
