And what I found was, you know, I wanted to kind of be more of a tough guy, but I'd worry about getting in trouble and worry about what would happen or if I'd hurt someone or if they'd hurt me.

And so boxing gave me a chance to kind of prove something to myself and to other people

without getting in trouble. I just remember you know like me not doing so well inspiring and him putting me aside afterwards and saying

But I just remember turning up at his house so I had the kind of an enviable job of filming them on the day and you're always aware I was very aware that I wouldn't have been able to do an interview on the day you know and you turn up at his house, well you text him and he says come over and I remember,

I can't remember what fight it was, but pulling up with a cameraman in his cul-de-sac as he was leaving and

just saying, oh, he's, you know, he doesn't want to do it or whatever.

He winds his window down, says, I'm just off to the sweetie shop, do you want the thing?

And it's a day of a big fight and, no, no, it's all right.

He throws us the keys to the house, just let yourself in, make a brew, I'll be back in five minutes,
