So I don't do anything to keep myself looking good. Right. Yeah. And it's been a while. So I was actually going through old pictures from Letterkenny

days, and I was like searching up, you know, and your phone you can look up like Sudbury,

2019, whatever, to see photos. So I did that. And I guess one of the years I was ripped and I was

taking pictures of my abs. And I don't remember having abs. But I shaved just my lower half of my torso and left the chest hair.

And I have like, it's not like, you know, people who actually don't drink water and are actually jacked people have like crazy abs. I just like could

see them. And I was like, oh my God. Don't they say that abs are made in the kitchen? I think that's

the truth. And I did not do anything in the kitchen. So I must have really been working out.

You were really hungry and doing some crunches. Yeah, no, I like, I was the kind of guy who I didn't do any of that, you know, eat properly thing. Like my main diet, I would say, is ramen and burgers to this day. Right. Okay. Yeah. Well. I know. I'm just a very fortunate person as far as like my metabolism goes, but I think my lungs and stuff are probably black. I was going to say, yeah, the organs are rotting, but hey, you look great.

I look great. I remember in university, I was so into working out at one point, and this like

super jacked dude, his name was Reese. I was like, Reese, how are you so big? How are your arm so big?

And he shows me this bag in his locker of a thing called

mutant mass. And it's got like a radioactive symbol on it and stuff. And it's like 9,000 calories

a glass. I ate it. And every day I was in agony. Like all day my stomach hurts so much. And I like, it was like, it was the worst

feeling physically I'd ever been in. But I gained a lot of weight really quickly. And that's not true.

I gained maybe five pounds in like six months. But for me, that's a lot. Yeah. Have you,
