Animals can't speak to drivers.

But if they could, they would be asking us,

telling us, by the sounds of it,

to put our litter and fruit waste in the bin.

Because roadside litter kills an estimated 3 million animals every year.

No wonder they sound miffed.

So let's lend them a poor. Let's take our rubbish

I, if you have noticed, I have been doing them on Thursdays.

I try to aim for Wednesdays, but lately they've just been ending up coming out on Thursdays.

And I just wanted to say thank you to everybody that's been messaging me and listening and giving me feedback.

You guys are amazing.

But I want to go ahead and get right into it and I want you guys to get motivated and ready. So whatever that means for you,

I want you to motivate yourself. Whatever, everyone is different. Everyone has different things

that gets them moving and gets them in a cleaning mode. For me, it's if I get

ready for the day and I just force myself to start doing it. Once I start doing it, it gets me in,

it gets me, I get excited about cleaning once I'm in it and I'm doing it after the dishes, of course.

Dishes don't get me excited.

After I'm done doing the dishes, then I usually get into like a rhythm.
