Hey guys, this is Jessica Gutierrez with Clean With Me podcast.

Today is a Sunday episode, and every Sunday I like to just do a quick cleaning episode.

I usually do cleaning walkthroughs, just a 20-minute speed clean episode.

So it's going to be kind of like that today, except I'm going to put more of an emphasis on the living areas and the restrooms because somebody requested I did or bedrooms I'm sorry living areas and bedrooms because someone requested I do that

so I will do that today and let's just go ahead and get right into it so as you guys know if

you're already listeners if you're not listeners, if you're not, welcome.

Tuesdays I do, you know, the short episodes like I just explained to y'all.

And then on Wednesdays, I do a full link cleaning walkthrough podcast where I go through

room by room and just explain different hacks, tips, etc., and just walk

you through cleaning your house, basically.

And before all that, though, I like to get in the mood to clean personally and it really does help so do

whatever it is that motivates you to clean whether that's getting ready for the day for me

if I do my hair my makeup get my kids ready um I feel ready for the day and I feel more motivated when i look nice not everyone is like that

i'm not saying you have to do put makeup on to feel happy i for me i just like getting done up even if it's

just a clean just in getting you ready for the day it just makes makes me feel better. It makes me more productive personally.

So find whatever that thing is for you that makes you more productive.

Whatever that may be to you, whatever that means to you.

It could be opening a window.

It could be lighting some candles.

I also, once I get ready, I light some candles. So, um, when I, you know,

when I smell this pumpkin candles, it's almost like a signal in my brain because I always do it
