Welcome, welcome, welcome family to mornings with Nanopodcasts. This is season two and I'm just so excited to come with all this knowledge and wisdom that I have to share with you guys this season.

This is gonna be an incredible episode filled with a lot of values so prepare yourself because today

we're gonna be going over the five levels of leadership.

Okay? The five levels of leadership were inspired by John C. Maxwell and it's something that I've been applying in my life and in my

business over the last few years now and it has made such a big impact in my life and I

feel like some of us we hear the five levels of leadership but I feel like a lot of us still haven't been able to really, really understand, you know, how it truly works.

So I'm basically going to go over here with you guys so you guys can hear from me and how it truly works.

So we're going to start this up and I'm just very excited for it. So first level, all right, is level one. The position level, all right? The position level is influenced based on rights.

This is the lowest level of leadership. People follow you at this level because they have to.

Okay, a position level one leader is usually sometimes the manager at a job or basically the boss, right?

People follow you just because they have to, okay?

And I want you guys to understand that you never

want to be at this level of leadership. It's a good place to start because we all

start here, okay? But it is the lowest level of leadership because people are literally only following you because they have to and you got to understand that at this level you only have space to grow.

Okay, at this level most people are just following you because you know you're the boss you have that title

you you're that manager at that job you're you're that rank and that company and that's the only

reason for it and yes you can do you can do something with it you can have a little bit of
