This is a podcast where I walk you through cleaning your house step by step.

Hey, everybody. So today is a Sunday, which means it is speed cleaning podcast day.

And I want you guys to do whatever it is you do to get motivated, even if you're feeling

unmotivated today.

I know I was feeling a little bit lazy today, but the hardest part is just getting started.

So let's go ahead and just make that first step and do whatever it is that's your ritual before cleaning that gets you going,

whether that's just putting on the podcast. If so, you're already there. Or if it's just lighting a candle,

throwing your hair up in a bun, getting ready for the day, maybe it's opening a window. Do it is, do whatever it is you do

that get you motivated and ready to go. And then let's get right into it. We're going to do a

speed cleaning session. Just a quick straightening of our house. This would be good for if you're

getting ready to go to work, school. Maybe if you are just going to have a

free day and just want to quickly straighten up the house. You don't have to have anything to do.

Maybe you just don't have a lot of time on your hands. So let's get right into it. Go ahead and

start a load of laundry and do a laundry switches, we like to call it. Take the clothes out of the dryer, put it in a laundry basket for after the episode, and then put a new load

into the washer and we will switch that at the end of the episode. And then once you're done with

that, once you're done doing a laundry switch, I like to have my little ones help me with this part.

If you live alone or you don't have little ones, then, you know, that's fine.

We're all in different phases of life.

I'm just, my kids are easily entertained by doing the laundry.
