going to do a normal speed cleaning episode,

but also I'm going to talk about a little bit about my morning routines and, you know,

kind of my bare minimum days, how, you know, low energy you're depressed, what the bare minimum

speed clean, just things you have to do to maintain.

Because, you know, I've kind of been going through a lot lately, so this applies to me,

and I have had to kind of make a really strict routine for myself so that I don't fall behind and let things get super out of hand

So I'm just gonna give you advice about what I do personally to just keep my house maintained and

Because you know anybody knows that your house can get destroyed in, I mean, hours, especially if you have children, if you were down in the dumps and just low energy and unmotivated.

So I've been working on it myself and I'm going to talk about what's been working for me.

So let's get right into it. Go ahead and start a load of laundry. Do a laundry switch as we like to call it. Take your clothes out of the dryer, put up in a

laundry basket for after the episode to fold and then put a new load in the washer. And then when you're done with that, do whatever

it is you do that get you ready to clean the house. And, you know, when you're feeling down,

depressed, low energy, whatever the case may be for you personally, you really have to

make sure that in the morning when you wake up, I had my patrons were talking about, you know,

wanted me to talk about routines and stuff for those days. And honestly, if you don't get up

and get ready when you first wake up,

it really, I've talked about this before because it really is true. It will make you

unproductive and lazy and just depressed for the whole day. For me, anyway, everybody's

different. And so, you know, if this doesn't apply to you, I understand.
