Animals can't speak to drivers.

But if they could, they would be asking us,

telling us, by the sounds of it,

to put our litter and fruit waste in the bin.

Because roadside litter kills an estimated 3 million animals every year.

No wonder they sound miffed.

So let's lend them a poor. Let's take our rubbish

with us and bin it properly. National Highways. And what's that? They said thanks very much.

it's good to be back on clean with me even if it's just for a guest appearance by way, it's time to gear up for our cleaning session.

Maybe do whatever it takes to get yourself feeling presentable,

put your hair in a ponytail, put on some comfortable clothing,

or maybe you just need to get your house smelling fresh take out the trash maybe start a wax

warmer or light a scented candle and if you have small children throw your kids on an activity

give them an iPad give them a chore give them something to do that's what I have to do okay another thing you might want to do of

course is start a load of laundry and for those of you who start a load of laundry at the beginning

of the show we'll try to remind you near the end of the show to switch that load from the washing

machine into the dryer.

While you're doing whatever you need to do to gear up for your cleaning session or starting

your laundry or whatever, I'll give you a quick update on what I've been up to.
