0:00.0 | Okay, so I wanted to talk a little bit about how nervous system dysregulation shows up |
0:08.7 | for me, because this was something I had never heard about, nervous system dysregulation. |
0:19.1 | Though I will say when this all first happened to me, there were so many things that were |
0:24.6 | off at the same time that it did feel like it involved my entire body. Now, originally, I thought, |
0:34.6 | you know, this was a brain thing or something connecting to the brain in a body, which it really is. |
0:44.0 | But there are so many different things that I have felt over this last year. Many of you have |
0:49.8 | seen those other videos. And so you've seen me kind of describe the symptoms. So one of the main |

2:06.4 | So this is starting in May. May, June, July, August, September, November, December, January. So |
2:12.5 | we're nine months in. I've had moments where let's say for an hour, a couple hours, half of a day |
2:18.8 | even, where I feel a little more like myself. But every single day has included this off feeling. |
2:28.4 | And there's a book I read called Rock Steady that talks about it as not quite right. She labels |
2:34.9 | it as NQR. Feeling off is something that manifests differently in everybody. So this leads me to |
2:46.3 | believe that we have a lot more nervous system dysregulation, especially over the last couple of |
2:52.3 | years happening everywhere. I have had many people message me talking about similar symptoms |
