We are excited to introduce Redacted, a brand new Monster of the Week horror comedy podcast.

Following the death of his twin, failing actor Jacob Kane assumes his late brother's life in hopes of a fresh start.

Instead of finding stability, Jacob finds himself working within the Redacted unit,

a covert agency tasked with containing

impossible creatures and phenomena. As he becomes entangled with paranormal forces and secret agendas,

Jacob struggles to keep his deception intact. Equal parts horror and surreal comedy, featuring incredible guest writers such as Jeffrey

Reddick, a Final Destination, Trevor Henderson, and many more. Redacted takes inspiration from

late 90s and early 2000s television, like Monster of the Week shows, The X-Files, and Buffy

the Vampire Slayer, and the classic ensemble banter of Brooklyn Nine-Nine and Syke.

Music Holy shit, oh my god. Are you okay? Fuck. I hate that I can't just call you. I can't call anyone. I can't email or anything.

All I can do is send fucking letters and cassettes on a goddamn ship and wait for weeks to get a reply.

I did obviously ask if the ship could radio back and check what's going on, but they couldn't get an answer quickly and they wouldn't wait around, said they have a schedule to keep, or whatever, which I would

have thought could have borne a couple of hours delay, but here we are. The captain didn't seem

to take it seriously at all. Like, he practically shrugged. Like, I was being crazy for asking. I mean, I couldn't

see him. I was talking over Zed's walkie-talkie, but it felt like he was shrugging, as if I was

some customer at a restaurant asking for some intricate off-menu meal instead of a terrified

woman worried for her.

I haven't told the kids.

I don't really know if that's because I don't want my team to spend the next few weeks like I'll be spending them, or because I don't want to say aloud.

There really is no point in making the panic when we can't get any actual information.
