But instincts can be argued with.

You can talk yourself into or out of any gut feeling.

And it's not like you're in the middle of nowhere exactly.

There's lights, there's restaurants, there's other cars, what could happen?

But that feeling is probably still there, though, for just a moment.

But it's easy to push down.

And besides, there's something strangely assured about the man who's asking you to get in his van.
