So let's begin this wonderful meditation by making sure that you are nice and comfortable

Place your hands in your lap or at your sides and make sure that your hands aren't touching

Take a moment to make a fist with each hand.

Now for a few moments I'm wondering if you can firmly squeeze those fists.

Feel your fingers pressing against the palm of your hands and notice all the tension that

Notice what it feels like when your muscles are tense and contracted.
