When they go in, they smoke the odor of marijuana, the guy admits them, there's a small amount of marijuana.

They begin to search the entire place

and find a substantial amount of marijuana

in a place that wasn't in plain view.

You'd have to open some kind of compartment

to find it.

And I have to just iterate this to everybody. You have to understand something.

When you sell marijuana in a motor vehicle setting, we have something called the automobile exception, right?

They say because the automobile is inherently mobile or it can move

or it's movable that there comes a lesser expectation of privacy

because of the ability of the car to move.
