And a lot of police officer, the impression that merely because of canine alerts on a vehicle that you automatically get a bright line rule to search everybody inside the car. What cops do is they start the site on Chanda, which comes out at the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals in at the federal level, which is really not relevant for anybody who's not a federal police officer in this circuit court of the 10th district of the US courts.

Yet people fall back on this every single time.

What I want to argue is, I think you only get familiar with what your state case law

says.
