Chicago Bears, not as entertaining as an offseason as it has been in years past. No more top 10 picks, no more questions about the quarterback or the head coach. So we're kind of going into this trying to tighten the screws. What you want? You don't want to be that exciting.

Right.

You don't want to be drafted number one or hiring a new coach. Ben did unbelievable work, and I think we talked about this last year at this event. The way that he was able to impact the team, I think, as much as anything, situationally, clutch moments, the way that they handled all those things. Like, they were not dominant this year with regard to. they weren't blowing people out by 30 points.

But what they did was when the game was on the line,

they knew the right thing to do. They knew how to execute in two minutes. They knew how to manage certain situations. Ben, for a first-time play caller, whether it's time-out or it's, you know, the usage of challenges managing just game situation. He was really good at all that out of the gate, which is the part I didn't know that he was necessarily going to, you know, have all that in his bag immediately.

That's a lot to take on when you're also a play caller.

We know that he's a brilliant offensive guy, but the way that he handled the team, I thought, was really impressive.

Yeah, he was unbelievable.

Another thing he was great at was building a coaching staff.

And now in year one already, they're getting the coaches pulled.
