It's originated in the Vietnam War between Black GIs as a way to communicate solidarity and support

for one another. Lots of GIs were court marshals and to run out of the military because

a lot of white soldiers fell in DAP to be threatening. Play the music.

I learned that DAP stands for Dignity and Pride. I didn't know that. It's an acronym.

I just learned that I've now culturally appropriated something else.

That's good to know. I guess it was obvious before that. Now I know it was certain.

Yeah. DAP is mainstream. It's not just like a hip-hop music cultural appropriation.

Basketball. It's fun. It's very fun. It's confusing. It's fun. So I was thinking about how to

talk about this. I have to take a big L because I yell a lot about how super teams are good for

the sport. Man, this is a pretty fun playoffs and we have a lot of opposites of super teams.

There is no team in the playoffs that I feel completely comfortable or confident in and

there are all teams that I want to watch and I enjoy watching. Well,

the exception of that Heat Nick series. Sorry. I know that you're going to judge me and the heat.

Everyone loves them. It's a lot of fun and good story about the Knicks, but there's a lot of

really good exciting basketball being played and the heat just blow the Knicks out and the Knicks

just look and it's not nearly as fun as the rest of the games. But I was wrong and maybe I'll hold

on to being right about one thing. Regular season will be more interesting if we had a super team

or two to watch go after history and be great and everyone to get up to play them every now and then
