Broncos rookie minicamp is underway and before we dive into everything we learned from the rookies on and off the field,

And let's dive into what we learned from the rookies.

And it does not start with the rookie.

It starts with Bo Knicks because Sean Payton gave us a very positive update on Bo Nix.

Said, Bo is doing really good after having that cleanup procedure just two weeks ago, said he's going to be ready well before training camp.

And in fact, we might see him earlier than the initial reports were after he had this cleanup procedure.

The initial belief was that we wouldn't see him in the offseason program.

Sean Payton said, you very well may see him in OTAs and mandatory mini camp

which is coming up in just a couple of weeks. And that would be huge for the Broncos to get

Bo Nix on the field before training camp starts. Sean Payton said there's no concerns about him.

And it's going to be the team that's holding Bo Nix back. Said Bo is chomping at the bit to get

out there. And the team is just

going to be cautious and play this well with Bo. Be safe rather than sorry with Bo. And Sean says

he feels really good about where Bo is at. And in fact, five other players had similar procedures

to Bo where they had a surgery, then had a cleanup surgery a couple of months after.

And he just said, it's okay with Bo. Bo is the sixth one to do that and everything is normal.

They were not surprised at the cleanup procedures. So we might be seeing Bo on the field well before we were expecting to see him.

And Sean said he's going to be thrown way before training camp. So really good news there.
