Summary

After the crash, the website Foreclosureradar.com became a dominant portal for finding distressed properties, with agents & investors from across the USA using it as a focused resource for REO listings. Times have changed, though, and Foreclosureradar changed with them - they've rebranded as PropertyRadar and created a new vision for their portal to serve agents & investors. Sean O'Toole joins us to talk about their up-market strategy and how they've adapted to a changing marketplace.  Take Action : Schedule a Free 1-on-1 Coaching Call or Visit Tim & Julie Harris® Real Estate Coaching
