Hi, Tim. Thanks for having me. Was that a good enough introduction? That was awesome.

I was going to read your bio. I see you've been involved in a lot of other things since the last time that we've interviewed you.

Anything in particular you want to bring up that I wouldn't know about that would benefit the listeners?

Oh, well, you know, just that I was an active investor.

I'm a real estate broker and, you know, kind of rode the foreclosure waves and helped folks out there.

But no, you covered it well.

Well, and a lot of our students have been working directly with you guys getting access to notice to defaults and all that great information.

So I've always appreciated you guys for your ability to get really amazing information.

So I've got, let's see, one, two, I've had six really specific questions that I wrote down,

and I think these are all within your wheelhouse.
