Sean. You are called Sean of the South. Yeah, the initials are SOS. Okay.

Got it.

I think it's a silent plea for help.

I love a while.

I from henceforth, I would like people to call me Kim of the Midwest.

It doesn't go as, it's not as nice.

We're so glad to have you here. Well, I'm glad to be here. It was either Sean of the South or

Sean with the wind and we couldn't decide. So we went with the Sean of the South.

I love it. Well, we're so excited to have you here. I am super excited to talk with you because I was up way too late and then up early in the morning reading your book. And I just want to pause to say, I do not get up early for anything but coffee or one of my children having a GI problem. Okay. So this is big, Sean, for me to get up early to read.

It's so delightful. And I'm just saying that that's the kind of book this is. You've written a

fantastic book. And I want you to tell us why this book and why now? Because this is, if I'm

correct in my math, is this book number 14?

I believe so. I'm not totally certain about that. But yeah, it's around there. Wow. Okay, so let's

just talk about that because that's a long haul of writing. Yeah, well, first off, thank you for the kind

words and thank you for ranking me somewhere between your coffee and the GI movements. That is extraordinarily complimentary. This book, why this book now?
