Judge Arun Subramanian asked questions about Diddy's possible out of custody arraignment which is more than what the last judge did. The Defense and the Prosecution made their arguments again in writing. We'll see what kind of conclusion this judge will make. Bryan Kohberger has motions to suppress information. He has a Hearing to address those motions in January of 2025. The defense is arguing that the Google accounts that were searched are not tied to him so how can the Prosecution know they belong to the defendant? Tom Girardi's sentencing has been pushed back to December 20th. His Illinois case was scheduled for December 19th in anticipation of the decision on the sentencing. Most likely that case's date will get pushed back to the beginning of 2025. 0:11.6	Well, on Thursday they do. Thursday, courts are closed.
0:14.7	But other than that, they are trying to round out the year and get cases off of their table, get published opinions out.
0:22.6	I don't know if we'll see anything in the Karen Reed case, but she was back in court on Tuesday,
0:28.0	November 26th, and we will see if the court agrees to continue her trial date.
0:32.8	And we have some updates in a few other cases today.
0:35.0	We need to talk about Diddy's bail hearing, and there are a ton
0:38.8	of filings in the Idaho prosecution of Brian Coburger. I'm going to do a summary of those.
0:44.1	We are still waiting for the prosecution to respond, and there are some challenges going through it.
0:49.2	But the judge has been incredibly active. So when we get to the end of this motion briefing, we will see all of these
0:55.2	hearings on calendar because that scheduling order has already been done by the judge. He is
