I'm Peter Hooten and I'm delighted to welcome regular guest Stephen Monaghan

and two guests making their podcast debut, Peter Carney from Socking in the City and Josh Dean from Hotel Tia on Anfield Road.

So you might have read in the echo or seen on social media at the weekend that mono and

Peter took to Sean Cox flag over to his family in Dublin.

Now you might remember Sean Cox was brutally attacked outside the cop in April

just gone against Roma in the first leg of the semi-final.

He's still in a critical condition and the flag was taken over to his family just to show some support I think so if I think

Peter made the flag and I think the idea came from from various fans at the start model.

Maybe he could fill us in on whose idea it was

and how the flag, well, what's happened to the flag

over the last few months, you know?

Yeah, well, obviously what had happened

after the, before the game in Stroma.

I personally walked down from the 12th man that nice and the scenic motion, it was all over and home and then we seen obviously something gone on and like an incident, the police were there.

So the talk of the cop that night was, for me was like what's happened outside and then even when after the game when we

were coming home in the car that's the way I would we were all euphoric over the

result but mindful of what had happened then there was rumors going around you know that's sort of being brutally

attacked in and you know as I said before so we were also about that and it was in the

coming hours in the next morning.
