1:18.2	answer that, if it's a yes, does Improv stand up or your podcast give you the most therapy?
1:30.0	So that's two questions, is it therapeutic and which is the most therapeutic?
1:35.4	I would say yes, it is therapeutic, it's a way to express various
1:41.2	emotions and frustrations, then perhaps don't come out in day-to-day life.
1:45.8	And I would say of the three, I would say improv is probably the most therapeutic.
