And on today's episode, we're discussing the type of alleged domestic violence and abuse

that we are seeing uncovered through the Diddy Trial.

Yeah. the Diddy Trial. So this is a topic that isn't for little ears if you have kids around.

You know, it's easy to assume that the kind of alleged abuse we're hearing about in this Diddy trial may only even be possible if someone is super rich, connected, or powerful.

All of these allegations are alleged. Nothing has been proven yet. That remains to be seen as this trial continues to unfold.

Culture is important.

Even if you push it away, disconnect from it, intentionally tune out, culture is part of what

shapes the society that all of us are living in.

This is a cultural phenomenon that is being uncovered.

Diddy has been a part of the public eye since I was a

teenager, all of my life. That's a lot of influence within the culture. Diddy has the kind of

celebrity that can seem otherworldly, and these alleged abuse stories can seem otherworldly too.

I've been a trauma therapist that has worked extensively for 19 years with a child and adult victims

of narcissistic and sociopathic abuse. This type of abuse is not rare in the world or in the West. It is not exclusive to people who

have the level of power that a world-renowned music mogul has. You have likely met people in your

life who have escaped the insane entanglements of one of these master

manipulators who says that they love you on the one hand while hurting you, disrespecting you
