So something that I do when I'm trying to encourage myself to do something that I'm not doing enough of or something is I like try to think of um triggers that will remind me to do that thing um so for me I have like a couple of triggers on Tuesday Tuesday nights, my husband goes out with his friends and I sew that night.

It's like my sewing in my studio time.

And so that's like a bigger one for me that I get like guaranteed every week.

I get like two hours of sewing time for myself then. And then the other thing that I do is I oftentimes will, when I log off of work,

lots of times I'll have 15 minutes before I have to start making dinner.

I know it's not like a lot of time.

But you would be surprised by when I'm able to do that, like, you know, even like three times a week, how much sewing I can accomplish in one week just by sewing those, you know, three 15-minute chunks. So that is what I would recommend,

like, whatever the trigger is for you, maybe it's like after you do the dishes at night or something, just kind of habit stack them altogether.
