Utah versus Corey Richens. She has been accused of the attempted murder and then subsequent murder of her husband, Eric Richens.

There are also numerous fraud claims and false insurance claims that are going to trial

alongside and with the attempted murder and aggravated murder charges.

There is also a completely separate case involving forgery, mortgage fraud, and other fraud that

will go after the murder case if it goes to trial. If she's convicted, it would not surprise

me if they are able to resolve that. What we are covering today is the breaking news, the motions that we got brutally rebuffed from

getting to watch, and the motions that we have on the record that we didn't get to, we're going to cover

it a little bit. On the docket this morning was the judge's approval for streaming the trial.

So court TV has been approved for pool and the court approved live streaming. I didn't think

this was going to happen. We are not going to see court staff and he also put a note any child

witnesses. I do not anticipate that there will be witnesses. I do not anticipate that there will be any.
