I thought the weekend would be the calm before the storm.

The weekend was the storm before the storm starting on Friday night.

Saturday night, we spring forward and I said, you're wrong. You're wrong. There's no, I have,

I've heard nothing about springing forward. It's too early. You're wrong. And of course,

as usual, she was right. When in doubt, she's right. Okay. And it was dark. It's so dark. It's so dark this morning, but it'll be lighter at night.

Not even time for snarky comments today. The news is going to happen. The free agency period starts today. Don't listen to Wednesday. It starts today at noon Eastern. That's when all hell is going to break loose.

I think there's been a lot of negotiation happening ahead of time. It's one of the reasons why

so many guys are staying with their current teams. They're not surrendering on the brink of

free agency, Chris. They already know what's out there and they know what's not out there

because they've been talking to other teams. So they're deciding to stay put before their current teams decide we're going to go get somebody else soon.
